WHAT WE BELIEVE
We believe in the one true God, who exists eternally in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
We believe in the love, grace, and sovereign power of God in creating, sustaining, ruling, redeeming, and ultimately judging the world.
We believe that the Holy Scriptures—the Old and New Testaments—are divinely inspired and carry supreme authority. They are the written Word of God, fully trustworthy as the foundation for faith and life.
We believe in the inherent dignity of all people, created male and female in God’s image, called to love, live in holiness, and care for creation. Yet, through sin, humanity has been corrupted and stands under God’s just judgment.
We believe in the incarnation of God’s eternal Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, born of the Virgin Mary. He is fully God and fully man, without sin.
We believe in the atoning death of Jesus Christ on the cross. In dying for us, He took our place, paid the penalty for sin, defeated evil, and reconciled us to God.
We believe in the bodily resurrection of Christ, the firstfruits of all who will be raised to life. We affirm His ascension to the Father and His ongoing reign and intercession as the only Saviour of the world.
We believe that sinners are justified by the grace of God alone, through faith in Jesus Christ alone.
We believe in the work of the Holy Spirit, who convicts us of sin, brings us to new birth, unites us with Christ, empowers us to live as His disciples, and equips us to bear witness to the gospel.
We believe in the Church as the body of Christ—both local and universal—made alive by the Spirit. Every believer is a priest, gifted by the Spirit to worship God, proclaim the gospel, and work for justice and love.
We believe in the personal and visible return of Jesus Christ, who will complete God’s redemptive purpose: raising all people to judgment, granting eternal life to the redeemed, and bringing eternal separation to the lost. He will establish a new heaven and a new earth.
